You may return any item within 45 days of receipt for a refund provided it has not been worn (tried on is OK), washed or personalized (school logo and patches are OK), and is in the original packaging with all labels and hang tags attached. Refunds will not include shipping charges and will incur a 10% restocking fee.

You may exchange any item within 45 days of receipt provided the item has not been worn (tried on is OK), washed or personalized (school logo and patches are OK), and is in the original packaging with all labels and hang tags attached. Each student order allows for one free exchange.

To return or exchange, please complete the form below and hit submit. You will then receive important return instructions for completing this process, as well as a link for a return label. Once we receive the items, it typically takes 2 – 3 weeks to process and ship new items.

In identifying your item, use the following information.

Please include your Ref No. on the outside of your package.
This number is found in the top right corner of your receipt.
