Your satisfaction is important to us. You may return any item within 30 days of receipt for a full refund provided it has not been worn (tried on is OK), washed or personalized (school logo and patches are OK), and is in the original packaging with all labels and hang tags attached. Refunds will not include shipping charges. You will be responsible for shipping charges associated with returning the item(s) to our facility unless the item was shipped in error or is defective. If this is the case, please contact customer service at customer.service@meridys.com.

Exchanges

You may exchange any item within 30 days of receipt provided the item has not been worn (tried on is OK), washed or personalized (school logo and patches are OK), and is in the original packaging with all labels and hang tags attached. Each student order allows for one free exchange which means you will not be billed by Meridy’s for shipping charges. You will be responsible for shipping charges associated with returning the item(s) to our facility unless the item was shipped in error or is defective. If this is the case, please contact customer service at customer.service@meridys.com.

To process your return or exchange, please complete the form below and hit submit. You will then receive instructions for completing this process. Once Meridy’s receives the exchanged items, it typically takes 7 to 10 business days to process and ship the new items.
